Section 6: Officers and other employees of the Commission

1[(1) The State Government shall provide the Commission with such employees from amongst the common cadre of the Directorate of Women and Child Development and such officers, as in the opinion of the State Government may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Commission under this Act.];

(2) 2[Omitted] 3[7. Payment of Honorarium, salaries and other allowances.— The Honorarium and allowances payable to the Chairperson and members, salaries payable to the Member Secretary and officers as well as the administrative expenses shall be paid out of grants referred to in section 17.]
