Section 8: The Executive Director

The Goa State Higher Education Council Act, 2018.State Act of Goa · Act 14 of 2018

(1) The Government shall appoint the Executive Director who shall be the Member Secretary of the Council and he be responsible for co-ordination and the functioning of the Council;

(2) The Executive Director shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
