Section 11: Consequence of declaration of unworthiness to succeed

(1) Once a person is declared as unworthy to succeed by a Court or is unworthy of succeeding as provided in subsection (1) of section 10, the inheritance is deemed not to have devolved on him, and such person shall, for all purposes be considered a person in malafide possession of the assets.
(2) In case of legal succession, the incompetence contemplated in sub-section (1) above does not affect the right of representation of his descendants.
