Section 112: Partial reduction

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

Where a partial reduction of the legacies is sufficient to make up the legitime of the forced heirs, the legacies shall be reduced pro rata, amongst the legatees, unless the testator has in his will stated that any one of the legatees shall be exempted from reduction or which shall be the order of reduction.
