If the person who bequeaths any immovable property adds subsequently to such property new acquisitions, these acquisitions, even if contiguous, shall not form part of the legacy without a new declaration of the testator. In case any improvement is made to the bequeathed property which is necessary, useful or luxurious, it shall form part of the legacy.
