Section 210: Implied revocation

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

(1) Where a subsequent will is made without making a reference to the earlier one, the subsequent will revokes the earlier will to the extent of its inconsistency only.

(2) Where there are two wills of the same date and it is not possible to ascertain which of them is later in point of time, the contradictory or inconsistent dispositions in both the wills shall be deemed inoperative.
