Section 220: Restrictions on disposing of specific assets of the inheritance

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

(1) It shall not be ---34--- lawful for a co-heir to dispose of any specific asset of the inheritance or right to a part of specific assets, unless such asset or right to such part, is allotted to him in a partition

(2) The disposition made in contravention of this section shall be null and void.
