Section 277: Expenses of the executor

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

The expenses incurred by the executor in the discharge of his duties shall be met from the mass of the inheritance. Petty expenses for which usually no receipt is issued shall be approved on the basis of an affidavit of the said executor.
