Section 331: When the testator is deaf

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

When the testator is entirely deaf but knows to read, he shall read his will, and, when he does not know to read, he shall appoint a person to read the will on his behalf, and in either case, in the presence of two witnesses. The person appointed shall intervene in the instrument.
