Section 410: Valuation by officer of the court

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

Where there are assets, the value of which can be determined by a mere arithmetical operation, the file shall be referred to an Officer of the court for such purpose immediately after the lists have been submitted and such officer shall determine the value within 15 days, unless the time limit is extended by the court.
