Section 414: Who may decide on behalf of persons under disability

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

(1) The family council shall be convened, when it has to resolve whether the persons under disability should apply that the assets be put to licitation and whether they should participate therein.

(2) The resolution of the family council shall be included in the minutes of the conference.
