Section 78: Collaterals other then brothers, sisters and their descendants

The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012State Act of Goa · Act 23 of 2016

Where the deceased is not survived by any of the persons mentioned in clauses (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of sub-section

(1) of section 52 and has not disposed off his assets, it shall be inherited by the collaterals other then brothers, sisters and their descendants till the 6th degree.
