Where in suits other than those specified under clause (v), (vi), (ix) and sub-clause (d) of clause (xi) of Section 7 of the Court Fee Act, court-fees are payable ad valorem under the said Act, the value as determinable for the computation of court-fees and the value for purposes of jurisdiction shall be the same.
