Section 5: Collection of tax by Central Government or the Government

The Goa Tax on Entry of Goods Act, 2000State Act of Goa · Act 14 of 2000

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Central Government or the Government shall be entitled to collect, by way of tax, any amount which a registered dealer would be entitled to collect by way of tax under this Act.
