Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa Tillari Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1999State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1999

(1) This Act may be called the Goa Tillari Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1999.

(2) It shall extend to the areas as specified in the Schedule and such other areas, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.

(3) It shall come into force at once.
