Section 13: Authentication of orders, etc. of the Corporation

The Goa Tillari Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1999State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1999

All proceedings of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Chairman and all orders and instruments of the Corporation, shall be authenticated by the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer of the Corporation as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
