Section 38: Disposal of profits and deficits

The Goa Tillari Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1999State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1999

(1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 40 of this Act, the net profit, if any, attributable to each of the main objects shall be fully credited to the Corporation.

(2) The net deficit, if any, in respect of the objects shall be solely borne by the State Government.
