Section 46: Rehabilitation and resettlement of the project affected persons

The Goa Tillari Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1999State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1999

The rehabilitation and re-settlement of the persons affected due to irrigation project shall be carried out on terms and conditions as mutually agreed between the Corporation and the Maharashtra Government:

Provided that, all the expenditure required to be incurred by the State Government for the rehabilitation and the re-settlement of persons affected by the irrigation project shall be borne by the Corporation.
