Section 28: Use of land by the Corporation

The Goa Waste Management Corporation Act, 2016State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 2016

The Corporation may use the land, by itself or permit use of the land through any other agency, for securing the purposes of this Act:

Provided that the Corporation shall obtain Government approval where the land is to be used by any other agency and such approval shall also include approval of the terms and conditions of user.
