If any question arises as to the interpretation of these rules, it shall be decided by the Managing Director, Chandigarh Industrial & Tourism Development Corporation', Chandigarh, whose decision shall be final and conclusive. He, may, further issue instructions or frame any guidelines for the proper implementation of these rules as he may deem fit from time to time.'

(1) (2) Type of House Designation

(a) Type 9(Old) Class I(Group 'A')

(b) Type 10(Old)/IV(New) Class II(Group 'B')officers who are not Covered from (a)

(c) Type ll(Old)/III(New) Class II &. III(Group 'B'&'C') employees (As Note given below)

(d) Type 12(Old)& II(New) Class II & IIl(Group 'B'&'C') employees

(e) Type 13(01d)& I(New) Class IV(Group 'D') employees Note: Type ll(Old)/ III(New) residences shall be allotted top the Class II & III(Group 'B' & 'C') employees who are drawing emoluments (Basic Pay) as under:- i) Upto December, 1977 ii) from 1.1.78 to 31.12.1985.

iii) from 1.1.86 co 31.12.1995.

• iv) from 1.1.96 onwards v) from 1,1.2006 onwards Between Rupees 201/- to 350/- Between Rupees 700/- to 999/- Rupees 1600/- to 2199/- Rupees 5000/- to Rs.7199/- Rs. 13500/- (excluding Grade Pay) (Anurag Aggarwal), Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration.
