The owner, agent, mining engineer or manager of every granite quarry shall send to the State Government or any person authorised in this behalf by that Government and to the Controller General, Indian Bureau of Mines an intimation in Form-B of the opening of a mine so as to reach them within fifteen days of such opening or of the existence of a mine 46 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] at the time of the commencement of the rules within ninety days from such commencement, as the case may be.
