(1) These rules may be called the Energy Conservation (Minimum Qualification for Energy Auditors, Energy Auditors (Building) and Energy Managers) Rules, 2020.

4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II SEC. 3(i)]

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
