If any question arises relating to the interpretation of these rules, the decision of the Central Government thereon shall be final.
FORM I (See rule 3) Declaration by chairperson and member regarding no conflict of interest or lack of independence.
I, A.B., having been appointed as the Chairperson / Full time Member/ Part time Member of the Authority, declare that there is no conflict of interest or lack of independence in respect of my appointment.
FORM II (See rule 19) Form of Oath of Office I, A. B., having been appointed as chairperson / full time Member of the Authority do solemnly affirm/do swear in the name of God that I will faithfully and conscientiously discharge my duties as the chairperson / Full time Member of the Authority to the best of my ability, knowledge and judgment, without fear or favour, affection or ill-will and that I will uphold the Constitution and the laws of land.
FORM III (See rule 19) Form of Oath of Secrecy I, A. B., having been appointed as the chairperson / full time Member of the Authority, do solemnly affirm/do swear in the name of God that I will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal to any person or persons any matter which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as chairperson / full time member of the Authority except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as the chairperson / full time member of the Authority.
