The enactment
| Long title | An Act to make better provision for the adequate supply of credit for increasing agricultural production and development in the State of Gujarat and for that purpose to remove restrictions on alienation of certain agricultural lands so as to enable banks and other institutional credit agencies to provide credit on such lands; and to provide for the speedy recovery of the dues of such banks and credit agencies which provide credit; and to provide for matters connected with, and incidental to the purposes aforesaid. |
