(1) Every person who holds a certificate of registration under this Act shall maintain such books, accounts and records relating to his business in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
(2) Every person who holds a certificate of registration under this Act shall submit to the Authority, half yearly returns, in duplicate, in such forms and in such manner, as may be prescribed.

23. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Authority, any officer or employee of the Authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
24. The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of the provisions of any other laws for the time being in force.
