In the case for Touring Cinema, the external walls shall consist of tarpaulin or thick hession soaked in fire resisting solution. Such cinemas need not have a roof over the auditorium but where there is a roof, it shaJI either be of tarpaulin or of any other materials which shall comply with the standard specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 9.
