Section 100: Inspection of Constructio1t

the Gujarat Cinema Rules, 2014State Rules of Gujarat · 2004

The Executive Engineer may at any time inspect a Cinema building which is under construction with a view to satisfying himself that the construction is in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.

If any deviations are found, the Executive Engineer shall report the same to the Licensing Authority and also inform the owner.
