Section 106: l'eath or Disability of Licensee

If the licensee dies or becomes mentally incapable or otherwise disabl·'<i, if the person carrying on the business shall not apply for renewal of the licence within 60 days from the dea lt of licensee or becoming mentally incapable or otherwise disabled, he shall be punished with fine which nay extend to one thousand rupees.

107 • .1 >u1·ation of Licence.- The validity of a licence shall not exceed three years:

Provid~ that, the Licensing Authority shall inspect the Cinema where the licence is granted for a period of more tl an one year at a time, through the Executive Engineer, the Health Officer and the Electrical Inspector, as the ca;e may be, at least once in a year and require the Licensee to remove the defects, if ariy, noticed during such inspection.
