Section 121: Smoking P,ohibiled

the Gujarat Cinema Rules, 2014State Rules of Gujarat · 2004

No person shall smoke and no holder of a Cinema Licence or the manager or managers shall permit smoking in the Auditorium during a performance:

Provided that, such prohibition shall not apply to the persons sitting in their cars in the premises of a Drive-in-Cinema.
