Section 131: Licence not Transferable

the Gujarat Cinema Rules, 2014State Rules of Gujarat · 2004

A licence granted under these rules shall not be transferable but shall be personal for the benefit only of the person to whom it is granted and on the death of the licensee, the licence shall be deemed to be revoked:

Provided that, the provisions of this rule shall not apply to a registered company.
