No premises or part of premises which is not included in the licence shall be supplied with electric current from the mains or app<)ratus used for the licensed premises.

41. Gas and Water Pipes - Gas and water pipes shall never form part of any electrical circuit.

42. Dressing Rooms - When cinema premises are used for a dramatic performance dressing rooms and other parts of the prenuses used by the staff shalf be lighted to the satisfaction of the Electrical Inspector.
