Section 6: Fees for 'No Objection Certificate'

the Gujarat Cinema Rules, 2014State Rules of Gujarat · 2004

(1) The following fee shall be levied in respect of each application made under rule 3 to the Licensing Authority for the grant of 'No Objection Certificate', namely:-

(i) In the case of a drive-in-cinema

(ii) In the case of a permanent cinema excluding the Janata Cinema "5,000/- "1,000/-

(iii) In the case of a Multiplex Cinema ~ 1,000/- (Per Screen)

(iv) In the case of a Janata Cinema ~ 500/-

(v) In the case of a Touring Cinema ~ 200/-

(2) The fees prescribed in sub-rule (1) shall be paid to the Licensing Authority along with the application made under sub-rule (4) of rule 3 and shall not be refunded whether the 'No Objection Certificate' is granted or not.
