The electrical plant and projecting apparatus shall be in the hands of qualified persons who shall be nominated in wnting_ for this purpose b)' the Licensee of the cinema and such nommation shall be subject to the approval of the Electncal Inspector. Provided that person holdmg a diploma m Cme-Projcction Course awarded by the State Council for Technical Education of Gujarat State, shall be deemed as qualified person for the purpose of this rule. The electrical installation shall be in-charge of a qualified person as approved by the Electrical Inspector and his n;ime and qualifications shall be notified I communicated to the Electrical Inspector.
