Section 92: Application for Permission to Erect/Construct

the Gujarat Cinema Rules, 2014State Rules of Gujarat · 2004

Any person desiring to erect a building on open land or to convert an existing building to be used as a Cinema shall make an application in writing to the Licensing Authority. Each such application shall be accompanied by a true copy of the 'No Objection' Certificate as provided by rule 5, issued by the Licensing Authority in respect of the site where the Cinema is proposed to be erect:

Provided that, the ''No Objection Certificate" shall stand void, where no such application is made within a period of six months from the date of issue of No Objection Certificate.
