The Gujarat Civil Courts Act, 2005State Act of Gujarat · Act 21 of 2005

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in consequence of the transition to the said provisions from the provisions of any enactment or law in force ammediately before the commencement of this Act, the State Government in consultation with the High Court may by notification; make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.

(2) No such notification shall be issued after expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
