The Designated Officer, Grievance Redressal Officer, Designated Authority and Appellate Authority shall maintain records of all the cases in Form E-1, Form E-2, Form E-3 and Form E-4 respectively with regard to the action taken and shall send a periodical report to the Head of the Public Authority.
