Where the Corporation proposes to borrow money on the guarantee of the State Government as provided in subsection (2) of Section 21, the Corporation shall furnish to the State Government all such particulars of the amount, purposes, nature and circumstances of the proposed borrowing and the amount of outstanding loans and such other information as the State Government may require.
