The coniplainant shall deposit an amount !}f one thousand nipees by a demand draft.

or· by an accotint payee cheque. which is good for payment on any Nationalised Bank dra'.wn in favour of the Registrar, or by ma.king payment in cash in the civil deposits account of the Registrar main tained in the Governrnent Treasury or· in the Office of the Lokayukta . and obtair:1 the receipt for the same in Fom1 C.
