Section 16: Acknowledgment of complaint

The Gujarat Lokayukata Rules,1989State Rules of Gujarat · 1986

After any compla int is registered . the registering authority or any other officer' empowered in that behalf by the Registrar. shall send ·to the complainant an acknow ledgment of U1e complai_nt in Fonn (D) ·infonning him that his com plaint is registered and gi~ng him U1e number of his complaint .
