The Gujarat Minor Forest Produce Trade Nationalisation Act, 1979State Act of Gujarat · Act 7 of 1979

(1) The Gujarat Minor Forest Produce Trade Nationalisation (Second) Ordinance, 1978 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under corresponding provisions of this Act.

 This Act was assented to by the President on the 2nd March 1979.
