The Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Requisitioning and Control) Act, 1987State Act of Gujarat · Act 10 of 1987

(1) The Gujarat Motor Vehicles (Requisitioning and Control) Ordinance, 1986 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
