Section 22

The Gujarat Municipal Finance Board Act, 1979State Act of Gujarat · Act 12 of 1979

(1) The Board shall, as soon as may be after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the State Government before such date and in such form as the State Government may direct, a report giving as account of its activities during the previous financial year.

(2) Every report submitted to the State Government under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the State Legislature.

23. The State Government may, by order in writing, give to the Board such directions as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act and the Board shall comply with such directions.
