Section 11: The following shall be the authorities of the University

The Gujarat National Law University Act, 2003State Act of Gujarat · Act 9 of 2003

(a) the General Council;

(b) the Executive Council;

(d) the Finance Committee; and

(e) such other authorities as may be declared by the University by regulation to be the authorities of the University.

12. The General Council shall be the apex authority of the University.
