Section 11: Vesting and Administration of fund

Gujarat Ordinace-2-2017State Ordinance of Gujarat · No. 1 of 2018

(I) The Fund shall vest in and be administered by the Authority under this Ordinance.

(2) The Authority shall administer the Fund vested in it in such manner, as may be determined by the Authority with the approval of the State Government from time to time.

(3) All moneys forming part of the Fund shall be deposited in any Scheduled Commercial Bank, as may be decided by the Authority and the GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX. 03-10-2017 [PART IV ICCOunt shall be operated by the Chief Enforcement Officer of the \uthority in such manner, as the Authority may decide.
