The State Government shall, for the purpose of carrying into the effect the provisions of this Ordinance, provide to the Authority, such number of officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Authority under this Ordinance as expeditiously as possible and the salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of officers and conditions of services of the officers and other employees shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government.
