The Gujarat Payment of Unemployment Allowance to Workmen In Factories Act, 1981State Act of Gujarat · Act 20 of 1981

(1) No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, or of the abetment of any such offence, save on complaint made by or under the authority of the State Government.

(2) No court inferior to that of a metropolitan Magistrate or a Magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
