Section 6

The Gujarat Pleaders Act, 1920State Act of Gujarat · Act 17 of 1920

(1) Any person who is duty qualified and is of good moral character and is not in Government service shall be entitled to be admitted as a pleader.

(2) The number of pleaders shall not be limited.

(3) If a pleader after obtaining a sanad accepts Government service, he shall not be entitled to practice whilst in service, even if he be on leave.
