Section 45

The Gujarat Primary Education Act, 1947.State Act of Gujarat · Act 61 of 1947

(1) The primary education fund shall stand in the the name of the school board and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be applied for the. purposes specified therein and for such other purposed as may be prescribed.

(2) The fund shall be maintained, administered and used in the manner prescribed.
