Section 47

The Gujarat Prohibition Act, 1949.State Act of Gujarat · Act 25 of 1949

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 7[40, 40A and 41], the 8[State ] Government may, by rules or an order in writing, 9[authorize an offi cer to] grant interim permits to persons applying for permits under any of the said provisions.

(2) Such interim permists shall not be granted for any period exceeding two months.
