The Gujarat Requisitioned Property (Continuency of Powers) (Saurashtra Area) Act, 1958State Act of Gujarat · Act 56 of 1958
(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any order made thereunder.
(2) Save the otherwise expressly provided under this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any order made thereunder.
